Shipping Policy
We are open Mon-Friday from 9am to 5pm PST. We always strive to ship an order out as quickly as possible. It can take up to 5 business days from when an order comes in, before it will ship if we receive an unusually high volume of orders. Typically, it will take 1-2 days before an order ships from when it is received. Please keep this in mind if you are getting expedited shipping with your order.
Pre-order items will need to be made before they ship, typical production time is 6-8 weeks but this can vary depending on the number of orders we get. You may order other in-stock items with your pre-order but, your order will not ship until any pre-order items are completed. If you can't wait, please place separate orders.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
