Exchanges, Returns, Cancellations

It is important to us that you get the right size and fit with our apparel! We are happy to exchange products bought at regular price and returned in original condition.
Important Information for All Returns and Exchanges:
  • Items must be in original condition.
  • Items must be sent back within 14 days (2 weeks of product delivery date).
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • We cannot exchange or take returns on headbands,  hats, tech tubes or vault items.
To Initiate the Exchange Process:

  • Include the packing slip with instructions in your package.
  • If you are in the US we will gladly send a free shipping label.
  • We are happy to set aside a product in the size you want, if still available, while we wait for the original product to get back to us.
  • If we are out of the size you are requesting, you can pick from another design in the same style or receive store credit. 
  • For Made to Order products: When we receive your return, we will issue you a store credit so you can re-order the product in a different size.
To Initiate the Return Process:

  • Please note items purchase at a discount are not eligible for return and are final sale.
  • Include the packing slip with instructions in your package.
  • Indicate if you want store credit or a refund to your card. 
  • Please allow 3-5 days to process once received at our office, followed by 5-10 days for your bank to process our refund request.
  • Please be sure to keep the tracking info for your package. We can not be responsible for returns that do not reach our office.       
Important: Please include instructions with any returns or exchanges!  If we don't receive instructions with product returned to us that meet our return/exchange requirements, we will issue a store credit to your account on our website.  If you do not have an account on our website, you will receive an email with a gift certificate for the price you paid for your returned product (shipping and handling costs are non-refundable). A store credit and/or gift certificate has no expiration date and can be used to purchase product from our site.  If you forget to include instructions in your return package, please email us immediately at

Refunds & Store Credit:  
• Please note, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on repeated returns and cancellations. 
Final sale items:  
• All Gift Certificates and store credits are final sale and cannot be returned. 
• Items purchased on sale or from the vault are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  
• Face Masks, Hats, Headbands and Tech Tubes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  
Please do not send these items back to us as we will not refund or exchange them and we are unable to return them to you.
  • We are unable to cancel or change an order once it has been placed. However we will accept returns for store credit if initiated within 14 days of you receiving the product if purchased at full retail price.
