I will order True Blue Denim Tights to be shipped to me. One of my trusted INB sewers will shorten them by 6 inches finished with a stretch hem. Then I will be shipping them out to you in early March. (Size chart in photos) 

Higher cost covers extra shipping and alteration expense. Cut fabric will be included with your order in case you ever need to mend a beloved pair with a rip or hole.
