Returns and Exchanges

INKnBURN accepts returns or exchanges on all our products as long as it is returned to us in original condition. 

Here is what you need to do:

- Please send the product back to us in original condition and packaging.

- Include a note explaining if you are exchanging the product and what size you'd like sent back to you.

- Make sure you include the original order number!  (If the product was a gift, you only need the order number from the giver.)

- If you are returning the product please include the reason for the return.  Also tell us if you'd like the product cost refunded to your card or if you'd like store credit.  Make sure you have an account setup with us on our site and tell us your email address so we can apply credit! 

- For a faster product exchange, purchase the new product size you want and forward the order email you get from INKnBURN to: exchange@INKnBURN.com and request a return envelope be enclosed with the different size you just ordered.  

- If you are the forward thinking type and can't decide between two sizes, you can also request a return envelope with your initial order of two sizes and simply return the one that doesn't fit.  When we get the returned product in original condition, we can then credit the cost of the returned product back to your card or give you an credit in our online store.
