Giving INB as a gift? Items purchased from INKnBURN that are received between November 10, 2016 and December 23, 2016, may be returned through January 9, 2017. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the INKnBURN Sales and Refunds Policy are still applicable with respect to such items purchased. All purchases made after December 25, 2016 are subject to the Standard Return Policy.
Important: Please include instructions with any returns or exchanges! If we don't receive instructions with product returned to us that meets our return/exchange requirements, we will issue a store credit to your account on our website. If you do not have an account on our website, you will receive an email with a gift certificate for the price you paid for your returned product (shipping and handling costs are non refundable). A store credit and/or gift certificate has no expiration and can be used to purchase product from our site. If you forget to include instructions in your return package, please email us immediately at exchange@INKnBURN.com
It is important to us that you get the right size and fit with our apparel. We are happy to exchange products bought at regular price, that are returned to us in original condition. Exchanges must be initiated within 14 Days of receipt of product. If we happen to be out of a size you want, you can pick another design in the same style or, we will give you store credit on our website for the price you paid for your returned product (shipping and handling costs are non refundable) . If we are out of the design you'd like to exchange for, we will issue a store credit to your account on our website. To initiate the exchange process email us at Exchange@INKnBURN.com. If you are in the U.S. we will even send you a return label to make the process easier and free!

Please note, we can not accept exchanges on items purchase on sale, tech tubes, headbands and items from the vault.
We accept returns on all full priced products. All returns must be in original condition and sent back within 14 days, (2 weeks), of product delivery date. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return. Shipping and handling costs are non refundable.
Please include INSTRUCTIONS and your order number:
1. You can request store credit on our website to receive the current purchase price of that product. Please be sure you have setup an account on our website so we can apply the credit.
2. You can request a refund to your credit card minus a restocking fee of 10% off the purchase price of the product.
3. Please get a tracking number. (This allows us both to confirm delivery of your return to our office.)
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Final sale items: All Gift Certificates and store credits are final sale and can not be returned. Items purchased on sale or from the vault are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Hats, Headbands and tech tubes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please do not send these items back to us as we will not refund or exchange them and we are unable to return them to you.
